Ways to relax before your theory test

Taking your driving theory test can be a stressful experience. Here is a handful of tips on how to get rid of the anxiety, if you happen to feel any. First of all, start revising for your test a couple of weeks earlier and stop at least two days before your exam. Never study on the day before your exam or, what"s even more important, never study at night! Try to relax on the day before your exam. Go to the cinema and watch a comedy (or a horror film, if this is what makes you feel more relaxed), take your dog for a long walk, exercise, or go to the pub with a group of friends. But don"t drink any alcohol! Even if it"s only beer, you can still have a hangover on the day of your exam, and you don"t want to risk that, do you? You should also remember to eat food that is good for your brain. Chips and fizzy drinks are not the best rain food. You had better have some nuts, fresh fruit and vegetables and green tea. Don"t panic on the day of your theory test. Get up a bit earlier than usual and have a substantial meal. Don"t drink coffee because it might make you feel more stressed out. If you feel very nervous, take some herbal sleeping pills, but do not overdose them! You want to have a clear mind on the day of your exam, don"t you? Good luck in your theory test.
